Xenia Systems offers a multitude of competitive benefits to complement our employee’s long-term employment goals.

Our Health Plan is offered through United Health Care. There are three (3) plan options available; two (2) PPO plans and a POS plan. These plan options provide Major Medical, Hospitalization, Prescription Drug Benefits – pharmacy (retail) and mail order.

Dental plans are offered through Delta Dental and includes two comprehensive dental plans with orthodontic treatment for children and adults.

Advantica vision is Xenia System’s Vision benefits provider that includes Plans that offers out-of-network reimbursement and discounted LASIK pricing.

We provide both Short (STD) and Long-term Disability (LTD) that pays out a set amount or a percentage of the full-time employee’s regular income in weekly (STD) or monthly (LTD) intervals. Xenia pays the full premium cost to provide these benefits.

Xenia provides replacement for lost income in the event of an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). We offer our full-time employees and their family financial protection against some of the uncertainty’s life can bring.

We provide Basic Life Insurance at no cost, to all regular, full-time employees. Thereby providing an inheritance for heirs and funds for final expenses.

Full-Time employees have fifteen (15) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and up to 20 days after five (5) years of service.

Full-Time employees have 10 days of paid Federal Holidays
